Presentation given at the 2018 Conference
Recently, AI (Artificial Intelligence) robots have shaped dogs to sit. While it is still in its infancy, it appears AI is coming to animal training. What is the promise and what are the concerns posed by AI? How might it affect what trainers do and the role of human intelligence in decision making? This talk will introduce the audience to some of the recent advances in AI and machine learning and present some of the implications AI and machine learning may have for animal training.
