If you did not receive a confirmation email, your registration might not have gone through. Please contact us and we can check your registration status.

For our 2018 conference, we are able to offer CEUs for the following organizations: KPA – 11.5 CEUs, IAABC – 11.5 CEUs, IATCB – 11.5 CEUs, CCPDT – 7 CEUs for trainers and 4.5 CEUs for behavior consultants.
Once again this year, we will be offering certificates of attendance. The certificates will be available at the conference when you pick up your name tag and registration folder.

The conference will consist of lectures and discussions. There will not be opportunities for demonstrations with dogs. So, please leave your dogs (and other pets) at home!

Working service dogs are welcome to attend the conference.

Please note: The hotel does not allow pet dogs inside the building, only service dogs.

Business casual.

In past years, the conference room has sometimes been cold. We will do our best to work with the hotel staff to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. However, to be sure that you are comfortable all day, we suggest packing a light sweater.

Again this year, your conference t-shirt is included as part of your registration price. The t-shirts will be available for pick up at the registration table when you pick up your name tag and folder.
The mission of the conference is to educate animal trainers and behavior scientists about “what’s new” in animal training. At this time, we do not sell or distribute video or audio recordings of the conference.

We are working to see if we may be able to provide videos of the conference in the future. We did release a video of Bob Bailey’s speech at our 2016 conference. You can find it here.

Some speakers provide videos or other materials for purchase during the conference. Please see the sales tables on the day of the conference for materials available for purchase.

After the conference, we will share notes and conference reviews from attendees on our website.

No videotaping or audio recording is allowed during the conference.
