Please contact Mary at info@artandscienceofanimaltraining.org

I finished my registration, but didn't get a confirmation e-mail. Am I registered?

First, please check your spam folder.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, your registration might not have gone through. Please contact us and we can check your registration status.

Will CEUs be available?

For our 2020 conference,  CEUs were available for the following organizations: KPA, IAABC, IATCB, and CCPDT.

If you need CEUs for another organization, please contact us. We will see if it is possible for us to offer CEUs for that organization.

Will there be attendance certificates available from the conference?

Once again this year, we will be offering certificates of attendance. The certificates will be available at the conference when you pick up your name tag and registration folder.

Can I bring my dog?

The conference will consist of lectures and discussions. There will not be opportunities for demonstrations with dogs. So, please leave your dogs (and other pets) at home!

Working service dogs are welcome to attend the conference.

Please note: The conference center does not allow pet dogs inside the building, only service dogs.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual.

We will do our best to work with the conference center staff to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. However, to be sure that you are comfortable all day, we suggest packing a light sweater. The conference center can sometimes be a bit on the cooler side.

Where do I pick up my conference t-shirt?

Again this year, your conference t-shirt is included as part of your registration price. The t-shirts will be available for pick up at the registration table when you pick up your name tag and folder.

Can I purchase lecture materials or DVDs of the conference?

The mission of the conference is to educate animal trainers and behavior scientists about “what’s new” in animal training. Some videos from the past conferences are available for free and for sale on our website. You can access these videos on the video section of our website. We will be making more videos available in the future.

Some speakers provide videos or other materials for purchase during the conference. Please see the sales tables on the day of the conference for materials available for purchase.

After the conference, we will share notes and conference reviews from attendees on our website.

Can I record or videotape at the conference?

No videotaping or audio recording is allowed during the conference.
